- CI/CD Pipeline Development: Design, implementation, and optimization of automated build, test, and deployment pipelines for automotive software
- Continuous Testing: Building and advancing automated test frameworks (unit, integration, system, and HIL testing)
- Tool Management: Administration and enhancement of CI/CD toolchain (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
- Automotive-Specific Integration: Integration of automotive tools such as Vector CANoe, ETAS INCA, dSPACE, and other test systems
- Infrastructure: Management and automation of build and test infrastructure (containers, cloud, on-premise)
- Quality Assurance: Implementation of code quality gates and compliance checks (MISRA, AUTOSAR, ISO 26262)
- DevOps Culture: Promoting best practices and collaboration between development and operations teams
- Successfully completed studies in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar
- Several years of professional experience in CI/CD implementation within the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or comparable tools
- Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proficiency with version control systems (Git, SVN) and Expert skills in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Groovy)
- Understanding of automotive standards (ASPICE, ISO 26262, AUTOSAR)
- Experience with automotive test systems (CANoe, CAPL, HIL) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) preferable
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and in embedded software development preferable
- Certifications (e.g., Jenkins, Kubernetes, AWS) a plus
- Analytical and solution-oriented thinking
- Strong team and communication skills
- High degree of personal responsibility and initiative
- Willingness to learn new technologies
- Fluent German and English (due to the requirements, we cannot consider a German level below C1)

Locations
FDTech is currently represented at three German locations. Besides our headquarters in the founding location Chemnitz, we work in our offices in Munich and Weyhausen, near Wolfsburg.
With this territorial positioning we are present at the most important German hubs of the industry and guarantee short distances for meetings and coordination processes with our clients.
