Purpose
Software Project Manager Automated / Autonomous Vehicle Systems
Description
- You are the central contact for planning and controlling software projects with regard to deadlines, costs and quality
- You take over the technical management of project staff
- You agree the content of the software with the customer and the interface partners
- You are the contact person for new or further development requirements from the customer, including the cost estimate
- You are responsible for milestone planning, measures controlling and risk management
- You are responsible for status reports and meetings with customers and interface partners
- You take over the communication and (de-) escalation in case of deviations from deadlines and project goals at the customer
- You take over the integration and test planning of the software components
- You coordinate the analysis and troubleshooting
- You support the customer in the agile development process
Qualification
- Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering, computer science, industrial engineering or similar
- Minimum 3 years professional experience as a developer, project manager or technical project manager
- Distinctive technology and process knowledge from automotive industry (system development and series development)
- Detailed knowledge of project management, especially agile project management methods and tools
- Experience with model-based development environments (e.g. rapid prototyping) is desirable
- Flawless German in spoken and written and fluent English
