FDTech Hosts Regional Press Conference on the Future of Vocational Training

We had the pleasure of hosting a press conference together with the Chamber of Industry and Commerce, the Federal Employment Agency, and the Chamber of Crafts, focusing on the future of apprenticeship programs in the region.

What made this event particularly special was that our own apprentices and trainers were actively involved. They represented real-world practice, shared their experiences, and demonstrated how modern vocational training works in everyday business. Since 2020, FDTech has been training both technical and commercial apprentices, complemented by a dual study program in Business Administration in cooperation with the Dual University Saxony (DHSN). Developing young talent has become a firmly established part of our corporate culture.

The strong interest and positive resonance exceeded our expectations. The key messages from the press conference were featured on the front page of all regional editions of Freie Presse. We were genuinely pleased by this recognition and proud that FDTech could contribute a practical perspective to an important societal topic.
