FDTech attends WPNC’18
15. IEEE Workshop on Positioning, Navigation and Communication - The annual European event took place in Bremen on 25th and 26th of October this year.
The key issue on the schedule of the event was Positioning, Navigation and Communication for 5G, Industry 4.0 and for IoT. Thus, a bridge was built between several relevant topics for FDTech. The congress provides a platform for exchanging the latest research results from both Industry and Academia in the areas of networked mobility solutions.
FDTech made a presentation about the subject of autonomous driving. Furthermore, we have been part of the exhibition. Numerous good contacts resulted from the fruitful talks made at the event. In the future the company will watch and support the development of the congress closely.

Reactive Image Processing: How FDTech Is Bringing Autonomous Driving AI to Industrial Quality Control
FDTech is thrilled to announce its participation in the new research project "Reaktive Bildverarbeitung". Together with our partners Kraham Maschinenbau GmbH, Autodeltass, and Fraunhofer IWU we are working on an innovative solution to enhance industrial quality control through intelligent, adaptive image processing systems.

Driving Automated Mobility Forward: FDTech Welcomes Wirtschaftsförderung Sachsen for Strategic Exchange
We were pleased to welcome representatives of Wirtschaftsförderung Sachsen GmbH earlier this week to our FDTech headquarters in Chemnitz. The meeting originated from our encounter at the Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Energie (BMWE) Regional Policy Annual Conference, where concepts such as the PIX Moving RoboBus and RoboShop were first discussed.
