New ways to new employees
FDTech at the New Work Convention PERSPEKT!VA. Lately we have supported a new event concept together with some of our partners from the CADA network.
The new work convention PERSPEKT!VA, which has been initiated by the city of Chemnitz for the first time, has shown the challenges of our future: By now the companies are on the application side, old concepts don't work anymore and without being open for corporations, internationalization, digitalization and local partnerships your own development will remain static. Set-up , location and atmosphere of the event provided a nice setting for some good talks, which we had with potential employees.
