FDTech is one of the best employers in Germany!
Last week we were awarded in Cologne. In our category (100 to 250 employees) we prevailed against 33 of the 100 best companies and took 7th place as FDTech! The motto of the evening in Cologne was Energize your People. Because this award should only be an impulse to become even better. We had an exciting exchange with other companies: what are they doing to build a great workplace?
On 9 March 2023 we were awarded with a great fourth place in the category ITK (Information Technology, Engineering, Communication), with a company size of 50-200 employees.
A total of 931 companies participated for the Great Place to Work Deutschland certificate. This is our first participation in the Great Place to Work survey and we are stunned by the numerous prizes and the good placement.
We are very grateful to have been honored with these special awards. We would like to thank our employees who provided us with this great feedback. But this is not the end! We will continue to work on our culture and work hard to create an even better place to work.
