We are one of the Chemnitz-based companies launching an initiative for democracy and diversity

Chemnitz-based companies, many of which also operate internationally, and other interested parties have joined forces to show the outside world that Democracy is resilient. For months, entrepreneurs have been waiting for such an initiative in and from Chemnitz and Saxony.

In order to achieve a wide reach for this important cause, we are positioning ourselves as apolitically and party-neutral as possible. Our aim is to make people think and listen. Not with a raised index finger, but with facts, good discussions and other activities. We want to make employees in companies and beyond aware of what is at stake in this election year for Saxony and beyond.

We entrepreneurs want to invite our employees and other people to stand up for openness to the world and social cohesion. For us, diversity, respect and tolerance are the cornerstones of social coexistence and the foundation for healthy companies and prosperity in Germany.

In addition to our social responsibility, we entrepreneurs naturally also have an economic interest in ensuring that immigration into the labor market remains an opportunity to close the gap in the employable workforce even after the election year.

Thanks above all to Uwe Bauch from community4you AG, the initiator of this initiative, who we joined from the very beginning and supported to the best of our ability, and also to Tim Neugebauer, who pulled the strings together. Yesterday, the Initiative for Democracy and Diversity was officially presented to media representatives. Many thanks to Christian Mathea for this good article. https://www.freiepresse.de/chemnitz/chemnitzer-firmen-starten-initiative-fuer-demokratie-und-vielfalt-artikel13382796#google_vignette
