Together into the future
At the end of September, we met with our colleagues from Munich and Wolfsburg for the annual All Hands Meeting in the garage at our headquarters in Chemnitz.
A key topic of the meeting was the challenging situation in the automotive industry, which affects us just as much as all other market competitors.
As our CEO, Karsten, emphasized, we are currently experiencing an intensive cultural, technological, and market-based change, which is shaping everyday life at FDTech GmbH.
However, we are optimistic about the future: we are actively preparing for these changes and already have effective strategies to address the challenges ahead.
After the All Hands Meeting, we gathered with the families of our employees in the beautiful large garden of the Schmiedelandhaus in Greifendorf near Hainichen to celebrate our 7th FDTech Anniversary together, in keeping with tradition.
Karsten, Marcus, and Bert once again thanked the entire team for their full commitment and the work they have done over the past financial year.
